My father-in-law passed away 2 weeks ago in Kuching and he bequeathed a commercial property to his grandson, who is now an American citizen. As the Sarawak Land Code does not allow ownership of commercial property by a foreigner, kindly advise what the grandson can do in this instance? Thanks.
