My friend had an unpleasant encounter with an agent who didn't portray a good customer service as the agent didn't respond politely to a potential customer inquiring the need of race in a detail enquiry. How does she raise this issue to PG/Agents organisation?
Also, how should agents address customers who are do not wish to share their ethnicity to the landlord? Is it absolutely necessary to ask customers about their ethnicity since we're in a multi-racial country?
