my husband have single storey terrace house at taman sri paya kluang johor...he buyed it on 2005 priced rm59000.....now im on idea to sell it priced rm235k....my house is renovated with porch,kitchen cabinets,plus bathroom removed from original place and renovated to bigger sized.....the whole house have done with complete wiring,ceiling fan on living room and 3 rooms....i have spend rm30000 to renovate the house.and now the place i right centre in kluang....which 10minutes near to hospital kluang,5minutes times to aeon big shopping compleks,econsave...and 10minutes time to kluang town....its very strategic place at jln mersing....so i need ur advice...can i sell it now or is the price to high?...pls advice thank u
