my intention is to buy property to invest. i got info on bungalow lot in Taman Gombak,selangor Malaysia with selling price of 100k. please advise on the market value if im going to sell in 2 years time. which one is the best either to sell the land or build a bungalow and sell to the market. fyi, the land is malay reserve area.
