My landlord or his agent entered my room twice without obtaining approval from me. Instead, he just sent a WhatsApp message saying, 'I'm entering your room to do a repair job,' without asking for permission when I was not around. I asked him to terminate my contract and refund my deposits, but he stated that because I didn't raise the issue immediately, he won't refund my money.
