My landlot give me 2months notice to move out at 30 Apr; In my contract the the : TERMINATION DATE : 30 Apr 2012; and RENEWAL PERIOD : 3 YEARS. Is it I still hv the right to remain stay or need to move out. Or actually they have to give me another 2 months time to move out on 30 June 2012?
