My late Dad`s hse is for sale. GOP being applied. With GOP, land title would be applied for to replace the lost title deed. A potential buyer made us an acceptable offer. Should we as provisional executors proceed to accept a deposit, sign papers, S&P and perform all the acts therein? If NO, pl elaborate. If YES, pl advise on the salient clauses to add/amend to the documents.
