My management condo has been charging my water bills for rm100 and above every month as I'm just staying alone in the condo
I did do the complaint but non action taken. Then slowly the water charges come down to rm6 per month. As I do not like compliant so I just ignored the issues but recently, the charges is rm25 per month! As usual, they won't give me any reply..
As an owner since 2016, I know they are leakage at the top roof and was only repaired last 4yrs and the leakage was seriously got to the owner unit and got to rerenovate the amount about rm100k for the owners unit.
This building has 210 unit but below 100units ppl are staying. And owners also do not really like to go to attend the community meeting every year . That's why, complaint like can be ignored like me, they wouldn't bother!
Pls advised and tell me how what should I do?
Our mngt fees are
rm526.75 mthly
(bought 2016 was rm299.7
and the fees keep on increase till 526.75)
