My mom house is refinanced under my Sis In Law name and mom is the one paying the loan . Now with only oustanding of RM15k we would like to do an early loan settlement whichin the house will be transferred to my name later.
Questions:
1) How do we proceed the settlement and obtain the ownership transfers to me from bank ? Can we clear the oustanding in form of buying over the house from bank?
2) Not on good term with SIL so we have concern of having no rights to claim the house if she refused the Transfer of Ownership later. Please advise how we can avoid this legally.
3)Esrimarion of legal fees involved.Property is less than RM500k value
