My son studying at Utar Kampar, he rented a room which is rm 310 per month , electricity and water bill not included. The level that he rent got 5 rooms, so each one will share the tnb and water bill equally. But since last month the electricity bill hike to rm 300 plus and the normal bill is just about rm 120 to rm 130. After an investigation, they found out that one of them is using air cond and personal fridge in his room. After they complaint to the management and discuss with the tenant but still no action being taken.What should we act right now ?
