My tenant moved out before tenancy agreement expired.Agent (Yuki Cheah from Rina Properties) insisted me to pay back the utility deposit.I did pay back .When I asked for reason for paying back as it was not stated clearly in agreement (which I found out later),she declined my request .Is this the professionalism that agent practice ?
