Normally when can I get title copy after completing all the documentation (S&P, loan agreement, valuation fees, etc)
This is the landed house that I joint name with my girlfriend. S&P, Loan agreement, legal fees, stamping fees , valuation fees, etc have been done by April 2021.
We also already receive our house key and house renovation has been done on June 2021.
Both of us already chase lawyer to issue title copy, but its already more than 6 months and we still haven't receive our title copy from lawyer.
What should we do ?
