Our agent, got us a tenant saying he has good background . A Local Malaysian he seemed to have been running an unethical women business in our unit. Every month I had to remind our agent and never took heed of such irresponsible behaviour and instead spoke disrespectfully and in accusing tone. We are suffering a damage of RM 50,000 approximately. We want to warn other people, and maybe the board to fine or bar them for further bad services.
