Out of concern for their wellbeing, my parents initiated the transfer of the ownership of our family home to that of my two younger siblings. Due to the pandemic, I could not travel back. Now I’m home they instructed me to add my name to the deed. How do I go about doing this and what are the charges/fees I might incur? Any assistance would be deeply appreciated
