Person A, B & C joint names in SPA to buy a SOHO unit. Borrowers are only Person A & B. Person C is not a joint borrower. If the loan installment is not served, what will happen to all 3 Owners? Will all 3 get into financial trouble concerning Ccris/Ctos or only the 2 joint borrowers. Kindly advice!
