Please help...I am living in a quite 'atas' condominium in Ampang and my neighbour upstairs is a tenant. They are a family that consists of father, mother and two kids and they are a very noisy neighbour who always make noises when they at home. Their kids always running around at 11pm-12am and the parents walking heavily at 4 am morning, sometimes they even install furniture at midnight. I have complained with the condominium's JMB but there's no action taken against them. What can I do about this noisy neighbour?
