MC decided to Change PM
Tender Announced
Before 1st Tender Interview, Chairman organise Private Meeting between Bidder xxx and Committee Member yyy.
Chairman said that he "owe favor" to this Bidder, and encouraged Yyy to support xxx.
Later during MC vote, Yyy voted against Xxx.
Chairman now use other Committee Members to Harress Yyy? Spread Bad Rumours about Yyy, etc.,...
Prima Facie, the Chairman had tainted the Tender Process, Yes ?
COB, MACC unable to take action, ..lack of evidence.
Many Msians say to me, "this is normal way of doing business here... close eye, accept..."
This Person has a history of Harressing his opposers,... and buy the hearts of the unsuspecting community.
So what can be done to seek integrity ?
Can the MC change the PM, without getting the approval of All Owners?
Such practices Taint the reputation of the industry....
Urgently seek Advice.
