Although condominiums and serviced apartments have rather similar amenities, there are some notable differences between both property types. One difference between the two is that a service apartment is almost always flagged for commercial use, as opposed to residential stays at condominiums. For homes or rooms to let, the fees are subject to a minimum fee of 1 month’s rental. If you are renting for a year or less, the fee is pro-rated.
