Recently i paid deposit of RM5000 for a new developed Service apartment in kuching, Sarawak. the property amount is RM400K++ but after rebate of 10% and discount another 8% was RM300k+ . No loan. Then the agent sent me a Sales Confirmation with the purchase price of RM400k+ but did not reflect the nett amount. and i did request for the agent and developer to put the purchase price of RM300k+ which is the exact price of the property but they are unwilling. It is illogical not to exposed the exact purchase price in the Sales Confirmation and S&P. am i right? one of the terms and condition stated "the purchase price stated (400k+) herein shall be the Purchase price state in the formal S&P agreement... which mean the amount of 300K+ was not even reflected and i think its cheating. i like to hear your point of view.
