Recently i wanted to buy a house and i paid the deposit to the developer. But after that, i have changed my mind. i wrote a letter to the developer to change the unit i paid for the deposit previously to another unit. And the developer agreed with that. Which means, the developer allowed me to change to the other unit. I paid the deposit for the new unit too. And the bank has approved my request for loan. But after that, the developer do not schedule a date for the sales and purchase agreement. They called me and said that they no longer want to sell the unit anymore. I am confused. I paid for the deposit to reserve the unit and now the developer is telling me that they do not want to sell it. Is it the fault of the developer? How can i solve this problem?
