Regarding water leakage due to faulty pipe from common rooftop, main water pipe. A lot of water from the faulty rooftop pipe leak into a unit below. The MC has already repaired the pipe. Can the unit owner claim from the MC for damage to the furniture and cost of cleaning the unit due to the water leak from the common pipe? Is the MC allowed by law to compensate the unit owner for the damage to the personal items due to the leaking pipe?
