Scenario:-
I stayed in a 5 storey Apartment with Open Parking for more than 25 years.3 years ago the land next to the Apartment is being developed into a highrise Condominiums.

As a results.of the close proximity of the construction... Cars parked facing the Condo construction faces many damages resulting from debris and the "common" cement dust covering our cars which can damage the car paint easily.

ABC Developer is completing their projects and seek to dismantle the Steel Covered Carpark from our Apartment. Many residents complain and seek to retain the now familiar usage of the Covered Parking. It is both convenient and protect Cars and Residents from Rain and Sun and the elements.

of the Covered Parking to sigh a consent form to agree to use the Covered Parking but only about 40% signed the form... They did not call for a Resident meeting to Vote.

3) Covered Parking is a part of the building of the apartment and it will certainly increase the value of the property.
4) It cost more than RM$260K to built and it is a waste to just dismantle it. It cost money to built and cost money to dismantle. All cost is currently borne by ABC Developer.
5) Currently cost nothing to the Apartment owners to buiit and resident using these covered parking agreed to maintain and it in future with the help of JMB as part of maintenance cost.
