Schedule H (S P A) clause 26 (3), states that the purchaser should take possession or is deemed to have taken possession of the parcel within 14 days from the date of notice from the vendor.The date of notice is not the date the purchaser is informed of completion.The 14 days should run after the purchaser has received notice and not from the date of letter or notice. What is your opinion please?
