Should I pay the penalty for Developers fault?
Here's the story....in 2007, the Developer (now bankrupt) oversold the bumi units to us. Now 574 units.
Strata was out in 2018 but only after liquidator took over, we know we needed to do MOT and the issue....that the Developer owe Lembaga approx RM13m,..being the penalty payment of 574 bumi lots sold to non bumi. The buyers has no idea their unit is bumi lot until recently. The Liquidator will be asking the owners to pay up the penalty imposed by Lembaga
