Should my case be discussed with National Consumer Complaints Centre?

I am Japanese, who work in Malaysia.
I moved to another condo last month. I have a trouble with the previous landlord about refund my deposit.
She claims she wants to deduct below item from my deposit, but it is not my fault so I cannot accept her claim as of now.
1)Repainting ceiling and wall because of stains and discolouration(RM1,100)
→According to my agent, the landlord realised it before my moving in. Additionally, this is a funny story, but one day the ceiling suddenly leaked and I contacted my agent soon. However, my agent failed to contact the landlord. My agent wants to keep the fact behind because it causes the stains and discolouration.
2)Replacing the timber flooring because of scratches(RM900)
→I don't recall any intentional damage to the floor. Furthermore, there is no evidence presented comparing the floor to my pre-occupancy floor.

Whenever I ask her through my agent about them, she says I am too busy to deal with them.
To be honest, for me, the amount of money is irrelevant.
