Since premium on lease extension is based on the current market value should it be better to extend lease first or to do the conversion first?
My land is now Bangunan status. The area is now zoning as commercial. Lease balance 58 years. Wish to convert to commercial. Should convert first or extend lease first? Or can it done simultenously?
