Six months ago, the developer notified purchasers that the book of strata titles had been opened. At that time, they wrote it would take three months to be notified as they had to apply for consent to transfer. The Developer is not willing to give a specific answer to what is the hold-up. Could you please share with me what could be the reasons for the delay? As a Purchaser, can we acquire the strata title ourselves?
