Sorry, your side misunderstood my question, I would like to know ,one of my friend, she is a foreigner and a widow of Bumi , having 5 years child(Malaysian) currently, and applying PR now. After getting PR, she want to try to get Malaysia citizen. Maybe it takes about 10 years from now on. If she want to buy house as Malaysian price. She has to wait for about 10 years until she gets Malaysia citizen? Or until her child become 18 years old ( another 13 years later ) and buy house under child name?
