Tenant rented 1st & 2nd floor of a 3 storey shop office for office & store use for his multi level marketing bisnes as stated clearly in f Tenancy Agreement . . 2day joint operation by TNB, bandaraya and police raid d premise n found out dat TNB meter has been tampered and we found out dat tenant has been operating bitcoin bisnes since August 2018 . . Utility conmection is under name of Tenant . . Will d landlord be held responsible n do d authorities including TNB have d legal rights to go after Landlord for payment? What can d landlord do . . Pls advise . . Thank you
