Thank you so much for PropertyGuru Jean Yinn for answering our queries! May I ask the property was bought 10 years ago under joint name (my deceased mum & I), when I sell mum's property after Probate been granted, only need to pay 5% RPGT (ie if sold after 1/1/2022 or I can apply my once-in-a-lifetime exemption for RGPT right? We are Malaysian Citizens. Thank you very much again!
