Hello Christine. Good day ya. There are 2 method of solving this matter. firstly, the owner could ask for the discharge of bankruptcy at pejabat insolvesi if the outstanding payment has been done or anyhow that agreed by the insolvensi such as restructuring programme etc. Or secondly the the owner itself can directly ask for the permission to sale from the insolvency, case to case basis. it can be happened but it's difficult to get.
