The developer of my property has the master title and refused to apply for strata titles for the purchasers. On the top of it they have not paid cukai harta for the past 5 years.
Now the JMB is asking the parcel purchasers to pay all the accumulated arrears and fine because they cannot convince the developer to pay as required under the law. What is the best recourse for the parcel purchasers?
