The house that I'm currently renting has more than 6 tenants in a 2 storey terrance house. The house only has 1 small medium fridge and a wifi of 30mbps... The tenants requested for another fridge as it's not enough for more than 6 tenants in a house and to upgrade the wifi. The property agent/owner said they will not provide a new fridge or upgrade the wifi as she claims it's enough for more than 6 people in a house. And she claims that the other units also have the same facilities but no one complaints about it. Only our units has been complainining (As the property agent/owner proclaims) The tenancy agreement is not even stamped with LHDN and they charged us a high amount of tenancy charges. Recently, the sink in the common area is clogged and she said the repair cost will be bared by the tenants. It's not stated in the agreement that any cost will be bared of the tenants... She has been sucking up all our money and do not want to provide anything to us. She is treating us like rats in a cage where everything is good before we gave the deposits. (2 face) After we moved in, everything has changed. Is there anyways I can solve this problem? I really hate that property agent has she always talked to us rudely (After she got all our deposits) and treated us like trash. I've been living in this house for less than 2 months and I can't take it anymore!
