The husband and wife bought a property valued for RM189k. The loan is under two names. Wife not working, she is a merely a trustee as she is not working.. Loan under both names. Insurance - MRTA under the husband's name for full value of RM189k. Premium paid about RM6,900.00. What will happen should the husband who is the sole bread winner dies etc.
