The landlord doesn't care on repaired items such as the main entrance door can't lock at all as when moving inn already can't open the other side n make my furniture can't move in n also got drag sometime.. the master room air condition not running in condition n needs hacking cos of the gas leaking itself # management people need 1 working days upon leaking water to lower floor got complaint Above matters,the door lock just changed last week but I have been waited almost2mths! The aircond just recently want to do but another trauma that management people coming in again for hacking!!!(it's not been repaired till now) I'm renting to taking care of her unit n commented to open the door for others without any of request or discussion on her preferred date n time What can I do cos she blaming me to pay the entrance door earlier n even ask the locksmith ain't need to repaired the door lastweek! Can I have my claims returned on such problems like this,please help Tq
