The management of the service apartment of Regalia@Sultan Ismail part of Mayland which also developed Dorsett Residences still owe us 9 months of rental return and refused to pay. Could we ask them to pay us the lump sum of 9 months so that I do not need to chase them every quarter ie. 3 months?
