There is a river called Sungai Bonus located within the land in which M101 SkyWheel proposed to build in Kg. Baru. Also there could possibly be subterranean water flowing within the property. This is because DBKL turned down a building application next to this property reason being land sinking (tanah mendap) as well as actual land sinking which caused some 15 houses located some 100 feet from this property to be abandoned. Now my question is will the Insurance Companies insured the whole building as well as those other owners once they know about this situation. Is this situation similar with the collapsing of the Highland Towers in Ulu Klang. Who or which firm will be responsible in the Highland Towers episode happens again but this time in Kg. Baru? Your advice please!
