this month is my last stay in my rented apartment, tenancy agreement will ended by end of this month. Due to some technical issues on my auto debit , i have overlooked while traveling to other state and the rental has been overdue for few days. i received an whatsapp message by the agent threatening that he shall then suspend all the utility supplies and stop me from entering the building if the the rental and my electricity bills is not made immediately. does this make sense and is it reasonable for an agent to do that ? i have 2 months deposit and 1/2 months utility deposit with them.
