Under the Strata Management Act of 2013, how does JMB determine the water charges and the minimum monthly charges for their parcel owners? Do they need to get the approval at AGM or can they arbitrarily imposed these charges on their own?
Since they are using bulk meter for their water supply how do they determine the rates for the individual parcel owners? Thanks for your kind answers.
