We 2families stay at flat in condo.our flatmate was Agreement with agent.right now the flatmate is leaving before 1 year.but we want to stay here and also we will take new family with us.so,my question is flatmate can get the advance money back from agent?or flatmate can take money from new family?and what about change in Agreement paper?
