We are having a lawsuit with our developer.
1. The developer claims the level 1 parking belongs to them, how we can be sure that is true?
2. The developer wants to move our security guard house to level 2 parking leaving our condominiums front gate wide open, so they can use the level 1 parking for commercial shop lots customers to park. Are they allow to move the existing guard house to somewhere else?
3. Are they allow to turn parking lots to visitor parkings?
