We are politeknik student we took rental house which was different in pic and different in real life which was no furniture except one double decker bed in one room and some sofa for 5 person . actually we all7 people in one house their toilet always get broken we ask to do also house owner doesn't care that much so 3 room and 2 toilets we use one toilet only . When we arrived at the home first it alll dirty everywhere whole building never cleanup we are the one cleanup and our monthly payment is 800rm . After vacant 4 months ago she till now never gave the deposit money and she charging for extra money without showing the real receipt of her purchases. She charges for old basin which was cracked (that toilet never used) she charging extras money's all. All she will return is 4++ only from 18++ . We don't know what to do.
