What can I do if a real estate agent does not return stamped copies of tenancy agreements? How long does it take for LHDN to stamp such agreements? He basically took his commission from the tenant without informing me until I met with the tenant to sign the agreement and found out about it. He did not turn up that day as promised with some excuses, collected the documents from me the next day and my nightmare begun. It has been almost a month and the person kept breaking promises of having the documents returned, either did not respond to my messages or delayed with more excuses. I e-mailed the agency he claimed to work for, intending to verify if he indeed works there but they are not responding as well.
