What can I do if neighbour refusing to rectify the internal pipe leakage in their bathroom where water is seeping into the bedroom of my house. It is a double storey terrace house where the water mark is appearing in the middle of the bedroom's wall which is next to the neighbour's bathroom. I have hacked open the plaster or concrete surface of my brick wall to ensure no water pipe from my side which is suggested by the neighbour to check my own wall for internal pipe beforehand.
