What is ACT that giving the management office to apply parking lot "rental" fee within the premise? I am owning a 1st floor unit in this 5-storey apartments, 15 years already. We are getting a "free" parking lot in the common area parking slot within the premise all this while, until this year, the management office want to impose a RM400 annual parking fee for those park in common area. Those in 3rd & 4th level have dedicated parking space in basement and therefore exempted from RM400. What is the right that the building management office could come out with such charging ?
