What is the latest liquidation damage calculation for late VP and how many time of extension or waiver does the developer gets as there is a few round of lockdown implemented from MCO1,2,3 etc. or just the MCO-1 is which is 6months is used to calculate as waiver for developer due C-19. FYI, the property supposed to handover for VP by 4Q2020. Don’t see any new updates for LD calculation in PropertyGuru website. Thanks.
