What is the lawyer fees for MOT if a son accept his late father's half portion of property as stated in the will (listed in the grant of probate, son and mother each has half portion). The property was cleared from housing loan many years ago. If the son can't afford the fees can he get the transfer of name done in Pejabat Tanah and what are the procedures?
