what is the legal form of handing over vacant (HOV)possession. I have purchased a piece of bunglow land and have compeleted the payment to the developer. I have not received any notification on the HOV and when I checked with the developer , they told me the HOV is effective when i completed the payment. What do i need from the developer that the land is now now in my possesion can i claim anything from the developer for not initiating the transfer of title to me as soon as they acknowledged i have settled all the payment.
