What is the percentage of outstanding home loan can be offset with savings - for the flexi loans from all major banks in Malaysia?

eg. If my home loan with Maybank is RM500,000, and I wish to make advance payment in lump sum to reduce principal of the loan. Can I put in RM450,000 if the cash is available?
