What is the procedure if I dun want to buy a Bumi lot and I am a Non Bumi. At the same time I already paid the booking fee, can i request to refund the booking fee?

generally you cannot buy a bumi lot if you are not bumi. you may engage with developer/agent who help you to make booking last time to check on the refund procedure and on the agreement you discuss last time. Read More
